lets talk about coffee! its the first thing that I smell in the morning, its what i wake up to.. i love fighting over which coffee is the best and the worst that needs to be thrown away and burnt down. Being south indians we are bred to decide which brand makes the best decoction. But to me the holy grail of coffee decoction is the ration between coffee powder and water. Too much water can make your coffee too light and less can make it too strong or bitter. But whatever kicks you.up..literally! you need the perfect brew to be the best barista!
